Find any property by address, parcel ID or deed
Parcel Finder is a faster way to look up property records in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Type an address, a parcel ID (the county's block and lot number) or a deed book and page, then pick the match. You can also tap any lot on the map. It covers more than 585,000 parcels, from Pittsburgh's wards to the smallest borough.
Parcel records come from the Allegheny County Office of Property Assessments through the Western Pennsylvania Regional Data Center and are refreshed regularly. Owner, tax and comparable sale details are read live from the county's Real Estate Portal when you open a property. Assessed values are the county's 2012 base-year values, not current market prices.
Allegheny County doesn't offer owner name search on its free property site. The Recorder of Deeds does, through its free deed index, so the owner button sends your search there. Install the Map buttons and any deed you find there opens right back here.
Search the address here. The parcel ID shows under the property photo in the county's format, like 0002-E-00038-0000-00. Tap it to copy it.
